Dr. Hanna Jansen has been an attorney with Kliemt & Vollstädt in Düsseldorf since April 2009. Prior to this, she spent stages of her traineeeship with an international law firm in Cologne, at Solingen Labour Court and at Düsseldorf Higher Labour Court. She wrote her doctoral thesis under Prof. Dr. Ulrich Wackerbarth on the topic "The involvement of the works council in insolvency plan proceedings, with particular reference to section 281 (3) of the Insolvency Code".

Dr. Jansen advises national and international enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. Her main practice areas are conducting litigation relating to protection against dismissal, drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements, and advising on works constitution law questions.
