Dr. Könemann has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment law team since February 2009. Prior to this, during her traineeship, she spent a period working for the Canadian commercial law firm Bloomfield & Associés in Montreal. She gained her first practical experience in employment law at Ludwigshafen Labour Court, which she selected as an option for one stage of her training. During her law studies, she completed a course in specialist English, French and Spanish for lawyers at the University of Regensburg and did an internship in London with Ashurst LLP. After her first state law examination, she worked as an aqcademic researcher for Linklaters LLP. She wrote her doctoral thesis at Heidelberg University.

Dr. Könemann advises national and international enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. Her main practice areas are conducting unfair dismissals litigation and drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
