Dr. Ohle has been a partner in Kliemt & Vollstädt's Berlin office since 2002. Previously, after her admission as an
attorney in the year 1997, she practised in the Berlin and Cologne offices of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. She has also worked
for the U.S. law firms of Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe in Washington, D.C. and Holland & Knight LLP in New York.
Dr. Ohle advises enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents German and
international clients at all employment-court instances. She drafts employment agreements and severance agreements for
employees and for managing directors and board members. Dr. Ohle drafts and negotiates collective bargaining agreements
on staff reduction, restructuring or company remuneration structures. In addition, she advises on the transfer of employee
data, both within Germany and internationally.
