Pia Usinger has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Frankfurt am Main since July 2009. She began her career as an attorney at the beginning of 2008 with the international law firm Faegre & Benson LLP, where she specialised in employment law and advised German and multinational companies in German and English. Prior to this, she had already gained experience as a trainee in Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Berlin and for the law firm Schiedermair in Frankfurt am Main.

Ms. Usinger advises companies and executive staff on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients both in court and out of court. Her main practice areas are acting as a consultant for disputes relating to dismissal, ongoing advice on employment and labour law for companies and negotiating and drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
